I was curious about how votes were registered at Top4x4Sites.com so I emailed the site. Here is their response:
"Mike,
Votes are updated once an hour. Yes votes are tracked by IP among other things, so votes coming from the same office or school computer lab are not counted if the entire system shares one IP. Unfortunately it has to be that way. Too many kid running around their school computer labs and voting from every machine.
Jon Hanna webmaster@top4x4sites.com"
There ya have it.... voting from multiple machines on the same outbound IP will not help. Thanks anyway!

I can't believe that we are only less than 20 votes daily behind some of the top 10! Can anyone else vote? How many members do we have?

Nope... that is illegal I think - but I will look into it.

I believe it is illegal, if I'm correct in remembering how the rules are, you're not allowed to make it so that you have to vote to get on to the site or vote without you knowing it. If caught breaking the rules then we get kicked off the list.
