km, where did you get your line from and how much did you pay. i have a friend that works at a marina and they sell a different brand of snythetic rope, has about the same weight rating, not sure of the cost but he says i could get it for, 1/2 price + 10% and i want to compare the 2

I got it from here: www.okoffroad.com/$170.00 + the cost of a new hook. The thimble they use is wider than on a steel cable and the hook won't fit. I would have love to get it at a discount, but I don't know anyone that works at a marina  |

thanks man, i really appreciate your quick replies, i just used my winch for the first couple time a few days ago, and even though i was a careful a i could be, my cable got crossed and pinched. so i am pretty pissed and want to get ride of the steel line.

I agree that is a good looking 4runner...except for the um orange paint. :shootme: LOL I have a friend who painted his orange with rhino lining. I give him crap about the color too. |

We got 3rd, in the money at least.
We were the only toy there. There were 2 zuks there, and the other 10 rigs were Jeeps.
There was one stage where only 3 rigs made it through. My toy, one of the zuks, and one jeep. The rest either broke, timed out, or pointed out.
