I have an 88 Toyota 4-wheel drive with a 1 inch body lift it has american racing rims on it woth the stock backspacing and 30" tires, my question is if I put another inch of lift on it can I fit 32"s on it with the same rims or do I need less backspacing on the rims? Thanks for any help.

I think you could fit 32's without even putting another inch of lift on, but the extra inch couldn't really hurt to have for clearance. I have a 2" body lift and run 33x12.50's on 15x8 wheels with no problem. What size are your wheels?

Thanks NCSU I think my rims are 15x7 but they are not very deep.

No problem, I think you'll be fine with a 3" lift and those wheels... good luck with that

Thanks NCSU I found a set of 33 9.50 and I think I will go with those they are taller but only as wide as the 30's I have now so shouldn't have any problems.

theafus,
Just curious of what brand makes those 33x9.50's and have you found any 33x10.50's? Radial or Bias ply? Thanks!

I know that BFG makes a 33x9.50, but I am not sure what ply they are... not sure who else makes them though

BFG makes them, the ones I found are made by Kelly and they have a really agressive tread on them.
