Not really sure how much it would be. I would guess more than just ordering some super swampers here. I've never seen em here. I think I would just stick with swampers or cut boggers. They do look like aggresive tread and more cuts on the center tread pattern but I don't really think it would be worth the hassle. Maybe you could email the company and see if they have plans of distributing to the US at some point.

Did a mud trip on the West Coast of New Zealand 2 Weeks ago. One of the Trucks had 33 inch Symex Tires, Front and Rear Lockers. Of the 9 Trucks on the trip he needed the least towing/winching. BTW it took 6 hours to cover less than 1 mile. If I knew had to put a pic hear I would have

are the simex tires claims true, in the brochure its says they have been winning competition over swampers and boggers. did any other of the vehicles have as aggressive of tires as the simex?

Yeh it was a planed mud trip and the club rules state mud tyres or you dont go. Most had BGF, Hancocks or Khumo. There was one other truck that had Simex but he broke an axle early on the trip and had to be towed home so was unable to compare. Off coarse driving skills come into it a bit too. I'm buying a new truck, a Land Cruser Prado and I will be putting 33 inch simex on them. They are about $400 each NZ. Thats about $US300. But we dont run them all the time, we have a spare set of road tyres.
Cheers
