I got in a stupid accident because I wasn't thinking clearly. It was raining, and my windows were fogged up so I couldn't see very well. We were driving on this road inbetween two ditches and it was very muddy, and my truck ended up sliding into one of the ditches. It was totally on it's side. I escaped with only a hurt hand - because my friend accidently shut the door on it. I'm very happy to know that the truck was barely damaged. My fender it alittle bent in, and the alignment is off.. but that's it. Nothing else. All the fluids leaked out and oil got all over the engine, it was smoking alot when I test drove it but now it's not smoking anymore. These were taken after it was pulled forward the next day, you can see in the mud how it was laying. It was rather smooth, we slid in, almost gracefully. It was pitch dark and I could see what damage had been done, I thought I had totaled it. Women make stupid driving mistakes and I think I have proved that.

Ahh we all make stupid driving mistakes. ;D Glad the truck wasn't hurt. My only question is did you try and put it in 4x4 to get out of the ditch? Because it looks like you could have done some good mudding in that ditch.

Because it looks like you could have done some good mudding in that ditch. I would have tried, but the was on it's side, so the two left wheels were in the air orginally. These pictures were taken after the towed it back to put it on all fours. You can kind of see where the truck was laying by the indentions in the mud on the first picture. Hey beth, Good to here that your ok and your runner is ok as well. BTW i noticed that your texas aswell, what part? El Paso
