has anybody replaced the front end on there 95-97 taco w/ the 98-00 style it looks like they have the same hood.
any pics

I have seen a few from 95-97 switched to the 01-ups. I don't know what they had to do but i have seen them in the trucken mags

I would rather not do that front end because I sure you have to put on the new hood too, besides i prefer the 98-00.

fenders from a 95-97 and aa 98-00 are different in the way the marker lights attach. the 95-97 actually screw to the fender since it still has the sealed beam headlight. 98-00 had the marker light attach to the headlight. i know the grill and bumper and headlights will swap over, but im not sure on the marker lights. thats the only area id be worried about. the hood is the same. pluse you have to change the headlight wiring to take a H4 buld. thats not a big deal though.
