i installed the revtek 3inch susp lift on my 99 taco and the rear shocks hit the leafspring. there is a dent in both of the shocks (there roughcountry shocks) that came with the lift. what can i do to solve this problem
ohyeah almost forgot my buddy has the same lift only on a 95 taco and he is having the same problem

Whoa..thats no good. Is the leaf pack coming apart and one of the leafs touching the spring? Or is the shock touching the leafs all the time? Can you snap a pic of this problem? Of course you could fab up some shock mounts if you have the means. Maybe you could turn the shock over where the ram is next to the leafs and the tube is up near the bed of the truck. Just an idea but hard to guess at without seeing it.

ill get some pics as soon as i can, the shock is not touching all the time, the leaf pack looks like its alright. it looks like it only happns during a hard turn (not like i can make a real hard turn in a taco though) and its happened to two tacos. we both got our lifts within a week of each other. maybe there is a problem with the lift or something

Do you have AAL (add a leaf) in the rear leaf pack? I've seen these move under articulation and hit the shock.
