I am buying a new 04 tacoma v6/extcab trd and i want to know what the best lift is to put 33x12.50's on it. I had a 94 taco with 33's on it with a 4" suspension lift and it didnt rub that much but i dont know if the new tacomas are different.

they are different. What width wheels you want to run? if it is 8's then the 33 12.50's will fit without much rub at all. but if you offroad then 6inchs will clear you 100%. I am running 33 12.50 on 10's with 6inch lift and clear them just right. hope this helps
