ok I am new to tacomas but not to 4xing or toys. My Girly friend just picked up a 97 ex cab stock. I have been looking into lifts, cause she won't let me straight axel it . With the cornfed spacer, its just what it says right. A spacer that goes in between the mount on the top and the spring itself. So with that in their does it change your axel angle? and upon putting those in I want to replace the shocks needs them really bad, but I noticed that the lower spring mount is on the shock? So do you have to get exactly the same diameter shock? and the same hight or can it be longer allowing for more drop. Thanks again guys

cornfed is the way to go and yes it will change your axle angle but if you get the dif drop spacer for $ 15 it will correct that for replacement struts I would get the bilsteins and I recomend the bilstein upgrade for the rear (cornfed offers these in their kits) as far as going longer struts in the front I'm not sure about that yet
