Couldnt find the pics galery section, so i decided to post here Heres some pics of my new 05 Toyota Tacoma Prerunner! Hopfully by summer I will have a 3" lift with some BFG's... The damn www.4wheelparts.com wont install a 3" lift from a different company than what they sell, so im not sure where to go now . Just out of curiousity, does anyone know of a place in San Jose that will install my crap if i buy it?? (I can research it myself, just want a reference) Thanks!

Check your phone book there just might be a 4wd shop near you or close enough. They will install it for you. Even check places like mieneke, midas or some local garage hell even check out some body shops if they are slow they will do different jobs just to keep $ coming in.

Check with local mechanics. Chain stores will want "rate" on everything. A smaller garage may be willing to just "put a price" on it. Just be very clear on what you want out of the job. What scares people(mechanics) away, is the unknown. If you want the hard parts just installed, specifically state this. Let them know, you will take care of the alignment and final adjustments.
Do you know (clearly) what is involved in the work you need performed??? A local(or any) garage may be more willing to help you if you can "knowledgeably" show them what needs to be done.
You can't order a Whopper at MacDonalds. Sometimes, you've gotta play along, or go play with yourself. (I mean this in a good way)
PS: if you go to ANY mechanic and ask them to install your "crap", I believe you'll be relentlessly SOL. Positive attitude, Knowledge and Confidence=Success!
