Anybody know the dimensions and or mounting details on the '00-'02 4Runner hoods with the scoop. I'm wondering if it would be possible to put one on a '95. Thanks in advance for the help.

it will not fit they are shaped differently and at the top where it meets the cowl is cut shorter instead of ending at a point it is cut at an angle

MY WIFE DRIVES A 99 4RUNNER WITH THE SCOOP! IT'S JUST FOR LOOKS. I FIGURE YOU COULD CUT IT OUT AND MAKE IT WORK AS A REAL SCOOP. MY WIFE WON'T LET ME TOUCH HER SCOOP TO TRY IT.

YOU SHOULD TAKE A LOOK AT GLASSWORKSUNLIMITED.COM
I BELIEVE THEY HAVE THE HOOD YOU MIGHT BE LOOKING FOR.

IMO the scoop is there to clear the motor .... opening it will get a lot of dirt under the hood ....
