A buddy (drumbum) and I went out to Evan's Creek a few weeks ago, here are some pictures for your enjoyment...






This last one is just cuz I thought it was funny. I always pee on the rock when we come down from the trails. Hope you liked the pics!

Well I started showing my girlfriend (Lara) how to wheel and now she has become addicted to it too. Here are some pics of her driving Blue for the first time all by herself on the Rubicon.



These were some pics she took of some of the hillsides we had to climb.



Unfortunately the aftermarket ignition system went out on Blue so I had to bypass it using the two coil wires I had to the stock coil.



Here are a few pics of Toyzilla’s first run through the Rubicon.





This one’s kind of blurry, but somewhat shows the flex Zilla has.


About a half mile from the end of the trip Zilla decided to spit out one of his leaf spring bolts. He drove out the rest of the way OK, but getting him back on the trailer wasn’t going to work with the rear end wanting to go to the right while the front end was still going straight.



So to fix this I back Zilla’s tire into a rock hill side and pushed the spring forward. Then I used a Hi-lift jack to lift the frame above the spring, pushed the spring over and lowered the frame down and used a ratchet strap to line up the holes. Then took one of the bolts from the new P/S cross member I made to hold it all into place till I can fix it.



This was the hardest trail fix I’ve ever had to make. Lara lost her hair clip.

Nice job on the girlfriend mod... the most important trail repair to date!

Biff looks real good on the rocks but you have to coach Lara on taking flex pics. Gotta seem some better ones soon!

No the most important trail fix was the duct tape on her mouth..... As they say "duct tape is silver, silence is golden." ;D

Yeah still working on showing her how to use the camera ;D Had enough problems just trying to get her out to take them

I'll be fixing both of them up ASAP and be getting back out there again in a few weeks. I'll try to get a few more camera lessons in too.

Hey Bmilla were those pics taken at wheatlin ferry? use to wheel there all the time till we were out there one day and barly dodged a $2500 enviormental disterbance ticket great place but watch yoru back the surrounding property owners will call it in and there is a sheriff that patrol's that area and loves to come bust people known 3 people that have been nailed so far
