Hey Stock, I like nurse's uniforms. Do you get to where the really cute ones that show your ass off... J/K My brother in law is a nurse too and I always give him $%&@ since that is what family does. It seems like there are a wide variety of jobs, but most tend to be hands on or technical in some nature. Could this be a coincidence... or design? Hmmmmm

Work in a distribution center for a large grocerystore chain. Not bad work, hate it but has it's good days. Mostly liftling or forklift driving.

Universal Forest Products Plant #325 Design Manager Engineered roof truss and Floor system design/engineering and sales. Personally oversee 500-700 new home designs a year(estimate another 300-500 projects) 13yrs with the company, started in the shop building them, worked my way through, not stopping until the top. Hey, deadlypeace, how involved do you get with your design work? Are you one of those who draw something and make someone else figure out how to do it? or, due to your previous exp, know what works and what doesn't???#nosmileys

I am a Toomaker, built Plastic Injection Molds for 35 yrs. Owned a Auto & Truck repair shop for 8 yrs. Got pissed off and give my 2 boys the auto shop and moved to Tennessee. Now I am an Tooling Manager and watch other people work. Good job but makes for a tough day! Hard watching people work! In my spare time I try to figure out how these people drive up these slippery damn rocks. Winter time I am a professional Couch Potato!

I manage a sports store fulltime, and I am also a casual highways department radio operator for 5 months in the winter. It leaves me with enough time off in the summer to get some good driving in!!

I am a toolsetter at a division of a multi billion dollar a year tier 1+2 automotive parts supplier. I work in a heavy/medium metal stamping and sub-assembly environment and enjoy it, but am tired of shift work so am looking to get into real estate. Got a beautiful wife and two boys 6 and 10 years old and enjoy vintage reggae, ska, dub, funk and punk while swilling pints of lager and working on my cars, trucks, old house (1919) and lawn/gardens. Love cooking, eating and a good shag too. Also have an odd obsession with sweeping my driveway and walkways for some reason. Whatever I might be doing in the warmer weather, at some point I find myself with broom or hose in hand, clearing debris from the brick and concrete in some type of (substance induced) daze.....

I am a diesel mechanic, specializing in Grove hydraulic mobile cranes. So I've gotten real good at hydraulics and electrical. You should see these things, 10 wheel ifs, 12 inches adjustable suspension, 10 wheel steer and 8 wheel drive. When its not cranes it's heavy haul semi's and big 19 axle trailers. It's fun at times. When I'm not working, I'm trying to piece together my 88 4Runner.

Well now that its summer I have a job in a welding shop. I dont get to weld very much i pretty much mostly cut steel but when i work Saturdays theres no one else there because i just clean up so today i got done everything so i got some 1 1/4'' pipe and made myself up some rock sliders and ill get a pic of them soon and post it up so you can see what they look like. This working in a welding shop gets you steel for cheap.
