Who ever said fog lights wouldn't work on a 4x4........?
Here's what I did cuz I have to deal with heavy fog ever year.

I like that it's better place for them than my plan for tailgater blinding lights I have a set of factory fogs from a runner I want to mount them under my rear bumper at cars eye level I live in a area that is infested with rocket sleds and some of them try to see how far under my bumper as they can I accually had one almost hit my tail pipe when we got to the light I put it in reverse and backed into him he started running his mouth until I got out of my rig and was putting on the leather gloves and invited him to step out he slammed it in reverse and took off I'm not a violent person ;D >: but I have low tollerence for stupidity I don't like confronting people so I may have a simpler sollution or just adding fuel to fire   |

I've got a set of driving light under my bumper (actually the bed) with 100w bulbs in them. Anyone that remembers my truck doesn't tailgate or pull up too close anymore. ;D 
Didn't think about it till now, but I might just do a write-up on them too.

I just recently got rearended when driving my 4 door Civic(non rice burrner), now it seams that everyone tailgates me all the time. What reaction do people get when you blind them, a post about that would realy help me when I do this in my truck

yes do a write up ! I got my idea when I went fishing with a friend of mine it was dark when we were leaving he was backing up the truck to load the boat on and when he put it in R HOLY %*#@ He had a small driving light mounted where one of the license plate lights was. I gave it some thought and remembered that I have these fog lights laying around I know I'm not the first to think of this I had seen it before I just finally realized that it must be done Like you said DEADLY anyone that remembers will stay clear

Well then a write-up it's.... it shouldn't take too long to do, just need to find some time clean my truck some and get some pics for it. Maybe tonight, we'll see.

i have seen in the front of a tacoma a person has switched the trun signals to driving lights i was thinking its just a wiring trick or is it an actuall mod has anyone done this   |
