Im going to be picking up a set of MT classic 2's but I want to get the right back spacing and make sure they will work with the truck. I had another set of wheels i was going to buy, but the spokes mashed into the calipers when they were bolted on. I dont want this to happen. I have a 3inch suspension lift and currently have 33x12.50's. The tires rub worse than without the lift. I just want them to stick out a little so I wont have any rubbing issues. This is for a 99 tacoma trd.

If your running 15" rims then you need 3.75" of backspacing or if your running 16" rims you need 4" of backspacing. All of this is assumed on a 15/16x8" rim.

Ill be running 15x8's. Will 3.75" still be ok for 35-12.50's? How far will that put the tires sticking out of the body, more than stock? Thanks for the helpful info.
