I have the NWOR springs and some 2in lift shackles. The springs give 3.5in. The springs with a slightly extended shackle or a small block would give you 4in. So far I have liked them.
Also I have heard MANY good things about AllPro's stuff, and almost wish I had went with them when I lifted my truck. Only thing with their lift is the the rear springs are longer than the stock springs on the 79-88 models (I believe this is the right years) so you will need new spring hangers and need to relocate your shackles on the rear. This is the reason I chose NWOR, the lack of tools to do this kind of work.
