i have a 1990 extra cab toyota with 3 in. body lift. obiviously most would reccomend a straight axle conversion. but my truck is in particularly good condition for its age. i am looing to install a 4 or 5in ifs lift and wondering what people have done in the past. i'm looking to go offroad but keep it as my daily driver. can you guy's give me some options thanks.

alright so i'm either going to ifs lift it and run 35. 12.50's or straight axle swap from a 83 pickup i have avaible for free. my truck will be mostly used on the street but me and my buddy having been diong this and that to our toyota's since we got our lisence. i think we are both going for the straight axle swap. again what gears would you reccomend for 35's and can you tell me what kind of advice you have through your experience or what you'd of done different. i'm not really on a budget becuase i'm just going to do it as i can afford it. i was hoping to do it all for 3 grand or so.

35s and 5.29s are perfect.
things i would do different. i would have gone full width from the get go thats one thing i am kickin myself fro not doin. other then that i really like the way my truck came out.
