Shackle lift

Looking to ad a little lift just to level out the back end. I dont know how long the ones on my truck are but will these work/lift it?

Or how strong are these and do they work well? Im just looking for a cheap way to level out the back end (in college=no$$)

just make some. i made my rear shackles in about an hour and cost me 15 bucks with standard tools
