i am lifting my 89 extended cab. i am putting a 4" procomp with heavy duty torsion bars and new rear leaf springs. i have been reading around and people say i need ball joint spacers. what are these and what do they do and more importantly do i need them? i have also heard people tell me to get a ifs idler truss. these are suppose to strethen the idler arm or something. i just want to do my lift right without hurting other things down the road. thanks for any help
