My 95 4runner recently got broken into and the stereo was stolen. I can replace the stereo, but the console is all cracked and it looks horrible. I hate seeing it this way. And I don't want to install a new CD player until it is fixed. Does anyone know where I can get a replacement console? Thanks!

A good place to start looking might be your local Pick-A-Part. Most times though things like that are hard to find. If all else fails, make one out of Diamond plate, Its pretty easy.  |

You may have some luck posting in wanted/needed section of this forum as well as other toyota oriented sites.  But diamond plate is always cool. |

You know personally I would make it out of Diamond Plate but I have been planning one for my '82 for quite a while now (I just keep putting it off). The only thing different is that I want to make one out of 1/8" plywood and then screw some linoleom (I think that is how it is spelled) to the outer part of it. You could then put all of your rocker/toggle switches in the console and maybe even your CD Player. I think it would be very easy I just needed to take a day or two and do it.
