adding power steering

i've got an 85 22r engine and want to install power steering. i've found an 86 v4 with everything i need. will it work? will it work without too much difficulty?
as i understand for a hysteer you have to have an ifs gear box, is this true?

Yes, assuming you mean an 86 4 cyl, not a V6 (there is no V4)
