I have a question as to what the bigest safe size that I can put under my 2wd 85 Pickup without a lot of mods and a two inch front lift and a 3 inch rear lift. As with it having one inch lift rear and stock in the front. I'll be replacing both stock tires from 14 inch to 15 inch rims. But will be asking for both 14 and 15 inch tires that i can put in the front and 15 inch tires in the rear.

By size what number do you mean? Is kinda newbie when it comes to tire sizes. I would like to place 15 inch rims on there and get rid of the 14's. But thanks for the info.

What is meant by tire size usually means the sidewall height you seem to want to know if you can put 15' rims no problem there it's that if your truck has for example say a 28" tall you could only go to a 30" without making any other changes(unless you go wider then your talking adding wheel spacers to keep them from rubbing so yes you can put 14's frnt and 15's on rear

Find a p195 size tire that would go on a size 15 rim or go to a 205 if itll fit.
