Im in the process of putting a 22RE from an 85' Yota in a Samurai, and I was just wondering if anyone knew what the best ways to waterproof the 22RE are??
Intake snorkel, tube / silicon the wiring, seal the ecm...etc.??

Yes
those are all good steps to water proof any engine
main thing is to keep water out of the intake and distributor
keep coil and plugs/wires dry too, also alt if you plan a lot of deep water crossings
