Anyone ever buy complete thirds

I will need to regear soon. The one place near me I called told me about 1200-1600 for 5.29s and master install kit, all installed.

I'm pretty sure i can get an already built rear third and ifs carrier setup from some online place for cheaper

Anyone do this? If so where'd you go?

I have about 6 different places to call for prices after the weekend.

Or can anyone recommend a shop that they know will do a good job in southeastern, PA

The best place to get third members is Randy's Ring and Pinion (www.ringpinion.com/).

Sometimes you can find third members used on ebay, www.pirate4x4.com, or some other parts listings. I just sold a complete 3rd with 4.56 gears on ebay.
