Hi guys Iam a new member and I really like your site. I have a quick question about the toyota electric lockers. I have a electric locker from a 1998 4-Runner with 4.30 gears I want to instal it in my 1985 pick-up that has 4.10 gears, can I put the 4.10 gears on the locker diff or should I try to find 4.30 gears for yhe front diff. If so where is the cheapest place to get new gaers in Ontario ,Canada. Thanks for any help you can give.

You can use the 4.10's in the e-locker. I got my e-locker with 4.56 gears and what I did was buy a V6 third with 4.56 gears from a wrecker for 200 CDN for the front. It was cheaper then regearing plus I got the exta strength of the V6 third up front.

Did Toyota make a elocker for the front for IFS? I don't think they did but it never hurts to ask.
