How well do the tundras offroad? Do they go mudding well? Any problems with them? Also, what kind of gas mileage do you get with your 4x4 tundra?

Hey the Tundras do very well offroad, and they don't beat you to death either. The low 4wd is geared really well and they have plenty of torque, the response on the acclerator is a little harsh for real low rpm situations but otherwise no complaints. The limited slip is a must, I wish they had an optional e-locker in 03' when i got mine but the limited slip does alright.

As far as gas mileage, I get 11 around town and 17 to 18 on the freeway. Since the lift I am getting around 17 on the freeway. I used to get 17 with my old lifted toyota extra cab 4x4 with a 4 cylinder but now I have the power of a V8. The only big problem you will have with a newer tundra is lifting them, THEY SUCK FOR THAT
