I have a 2000 toyota tundra that i just bought with a V-8 in it. When i start it up and the engine is warm it make a noiuse from the engine that kinda sounds like an exhaust leak but it quiets down in about 2 minutes and you can't hear it till you start up agian. Any advise or help u can offer will be appreciated. Thanks. When i listen underneath the truck it appears to be inside the engine and not exhaust. More on the drivers side.

Same thing happened to my 2000 Tundra. It was an exhaust leak in the manifold. It would seal up after the truck got warmed up, so something was cracked. I took it to 4 different places and they could never find it. It was very annoying.

I was talking to my brother about this before I bought mine and he said that the manifolds are known for having this issue. he also said that was the only reoccuring tundra problem.
