hey, i'm a total new here, but i've been cruisin on club4ag with my gts for a while. BUt now it's finally time to start on my truck. What i have is an 81 2wd cab and short box mounted on 85 frame and running gear. I didn't know this until after i baught the damn thing, makes it fun to figure out wich parts i need. It has a 3 inch body lift, the springs are above the axles, and it has 33x12.5" bfg a/t's on it. I've allready broken both of the front shock mounts 
I'm thinking of scraping the set-up it has now, taking out the body lift, and puting in maybe a 6" suspension lift. Like i said, i'm pretty new to the 4x4 thing, so any advice or pointers you guys have would be great. I guess i should say that i live out side vancouver, so i see lots of small trails, mud, and snow in the winter.
