just tought id say hey to all you knuckleheads. i love the site...keeps me droolin'. ;D I got me a heep some yrs back. did a frame up w/new frame and all. put 5" of lift on it, slapped on some 33 swampers and wheeled it for about 2 yrs. 
I bought my 82 toy hilux say bout a year before. bone stock, some ol lady traded it in for something. the heep was a headache, needless to say. spent more time wrenchin than wheelin. 
then a revelation dawned on me- "WHEEL THE TOY"
I was amazed!!! the toy out crawled, out performed my modified piece of heep. my truck had 120,000 mls on it and completely bone stock! now i am a toy freak. i perfer the older trucks, but ya never know what somebodys done to their rigs. 
hope i can get a digi-cam soon so i can post a pic of my rig. i have lots of ideas and planning goin on so be sure i'll be lookin and askin for input, advice and suggestions. happy wheelin
