I've got 4 Series II 4Runners and my wife is pushing for me to add a Sequoia to the soup.
My daily driver is a '91 and is 100% rust free, I've rebuilt the 3VZ, and done my best to keep it in top working order through out. Lots of plans for this truck in the future, but the current project is swapping out the auto tranny for a manual. I'm two days into the project, with luck I'll be done today.
My wife's daily is a '90 and is pretty much stock, great shape, no rust.
I've got a '93 collecting dust. It runs, but badly needs a head gasket. This may end up a trailer queen, but time will tell. The price was right so I grabbed it.
I've got a '90 that I picked up with a siezed engine. It seems to be quickly turning into a parts truck.

As much as I like the 2nd Gen, I'm looking forward to landing me a couple of cruisers, a new tundra, maybe a sequoia or two. I just like Yotas. I really love the simplicity of the earlier trucks.
Having successfully completed the transmission swap in my 91, the next thing on the radar is a full set of under armor, sliders and bumpers from Back Country Customs, followed by a suspension lift, on board air, winch, 5vz swap, KC lighting, and all the other stuff I haven't mentioned that I drool for.
My trucks may be humble for now, but they're working trucks in top condition. Mods will come as time and money permit.
