A friend of my has a set of front and rear Pro Comp leaf springs for and 82 toyota pickup. If I got the front hanger and rear brackets to do an SAS on a 86 4Runner would I be able to fit those leaf springs.

whatever the length, you can always relocate the mounting points on your chassis.

Rear springs should bolt in. Front springs you probly wont be able to run the axle very far forward and might cause issue's with mounting the hanger and shackle tubes. If it was me I'd do RUF's with your old pack and use the front leafs for mixing in to get the height and flex you want.

Yes, you could mount the SAS hangers using the same measurements as a stock solid axle truck and bolt in the Pro Comp packs, and convert your steering to cross-over steering.
Or use your old rear springs up front and mix in leaves from the Pro Comp pack, like Rocktoy said. That will move the axle about 2" forward.
