Hey all. I'm new to the forum and some what new to the toyota world. I have an 86 pickup with a 4inch lift on 33s. I just replaced the axle bushings on both sides, but now the axles dont want to slide all of the way through the knuckle. the pass side is only an 1/8 inch from being in all the way and the drivers side is not even close. I know the axles are getting hung up on the bushings I just cant figure out why. Any Ideas?

make sure that the splines are lining up that can cause this too shafts don't like to go in...if not take the knuckle off and use a file to take a small amount off the bushing and keep sliding the knuckle on the shaft untill it fit that's would I'd do n e way
