I just traded a k5 blazer for a 86 toyota on 35s. it has a stiff procomp lift. was told they built it for hill climbin but what is that. im lookin to rock crawl and a lil muddin. if I can find mud in oklohoma lol . Im new to toyotas but not to 4 wheelin. this is a solid lil truck and will be using it as a everyday work truck and weekend toy but I do have a back up lol. hoping to meet a few offroaders close to me and learn the best way to build this lil truck to do what i want .I plan on a solid front axle as soon as I can and take the gearing from the 410s to maybe the 529s and lockers. elec maybe and a lot of body amour. just trying to have some fun .

Ya I have a game plan but not sure how to start it off. Im looking for a bender to get started on sliders and bumpers and roll bars . Im trying to decide on the front axle swap. It seams that no one likes the ifs set up but for now i may have to use it .so Im thinking go ahead and changing the gears to 529s. anyone have any advise on running the IFS like better cv axles .
