ive recently gotten an 89 4runner. just now starting to get it road ready. it had a salvage title when i got it, because it had caught on fire, needed a new wiring harness and some minor exterior work. don't have any pictures yet, but before the work is started il be posting, il have plenty of questions to ask, since I'm new to the off roading world. i have a 95 cummins as well but, i used to own an 02 ford explorer, but you could have called it exploder, dropped 6 trannys in and have since sold it, you could say i moved up in the world. I'm from a small town in southern Ohio, we don't have much to do other than "wheel" our vehicles, i roll with some of my buddys in there jacked Chevy's but soon they will see that Toyota is the way to go. I'm not to sure what else to say, so if ur reading this ask me anything Taylor from Ohio

Welcome to TOR. I'm a Chevy person, but I'd never bother with building one up for wheeling. Not while there are still Toys. Them Chevy guys ani't gonna be able to follow you.
Good luck and have fun with the build.
