what does everyone think of campertops? i'm considering getting one but the only one's i can find are for 1k+. I've heard it makes backing up harder and cuts away some vision. and any suggestions on where to get them? i have an 02 taco ext cab

BESTOP has a soft topper for Toyotas now. I think they start around $300 to $400 and up. I don't have a link to them. I saw one on a Taco a couple of months ago. And I've been kicking arond the idea of getting one for my Taco.

I bought a used Century topper for mine. I've got a 95, but the main thing i wanted was that the lines of the topper needed to match the line of the truck. I didn't like the toppers that go up an extra foot in the back. Oh and vision and stuff is decreased a little, but mine isn't as bad as an SUV is. At night the tinted windows sometimes create a little problem, but that's about it  |

yea i've been thinking about getting one of the ones like joes has got their but the only one's i've found are expensive i'd like to find a used one but no luck as of yet. how heavy is you top joe
