X2 on that. It's always nice when your kids (or even the old lady) want to help out with the big boy toys.
You guys did a sweet looking job.

Same with the 2nd pic. The left tire looks straight and the right one seems to be turned to the right.

I will have to check it out when it warms up. It doesn't drive funny but I've seen weirder stuff than that happen on my truck. I drove it over to go wheelin a few years ago. I bent the drive shaft a little and then had to drive it home. I went slow but the vibration still shook a bunch of stuff lose starter, drive shaft bolts, ground wires, carb bolts. Now it gets trailered

well here is my latest pic not to proud of it but it was fun till this the winch is a 10000 lbs gorilla didnt have any probs pulling it out. it has a wireless remote so i didnt have to be in it or even close what is the best fix for the stock birfields. this is the third time breaking them and getting a little tired of replacing them.

i forgot about the latest deal i did to my rig I bought a water valve from the local farm and home it screws on to a garden hose and then attaches to the valve steem. it has a bleeder valve to let the air out of the tires as it fills with water. with the weak birfs i did the rear tires only. should have added about 100 lbs per tire in the rear. Now if i dont forget to add some anti freeze before next winter. sure made a hell of a difference

well its been a while since i have wrote on here. i finaly got tired of breaking axles. i now have chrome molly front axles and all pro rear axles. I happend to find the pair on craigs list they came with rear disk brakes, wheel spacers, front axle trusses, and lockers front and rear, all new seals and bearings for the unbeleivable price of 650 dollars. all i had to do was cut the old out and slide the new in awsome oh they also had 539 gears. when i was installing them i moved the front spring perches so i could roll the front end and solve my pinion angle problem. i put an angle finder on the rotor and rolled it forward till it started to mess with the rotor and then rolled it back a little and welded in the new perches. i have also installed a 16gal fuel cell. and a 140amp one wire chevy alternator. i mounted it up by the carberator. i used the bracket for what i think is for the ac. and i used a turn buckle for the top mount and belt tightening it works great and will hold 6000 rpms. i also have put fluid in the rear tires approx. 16gal each although it makes it doggy in 2 wd it is awsome on the trail. last trip i was leaven all my buddies at the bottom it was a blast and the added flex is awsome.

its been a while since i have been on here and there have been a few changes. First one is the winch and some stupid burnt up the little factory toyota alternator. I replaced it with a chevy one wire from summit. Not wanting to drowned it again i relocated it over on the passenger side and bolted it to what i think is the ac bracket. I had to put a half inch shim behind to line up the belts. As far as the bottom bracket i used a 10.5 inch fence strecher. I have been on a few tough wheel trips and no probs so far. i had to weld the ends shut on the fence stretcher to hold the bolt from wiggling loose. Also it uses the same belt as the power steering.

now that i was fearless with the winch and not afraid of getting burried I noticed that 38" boggers lockers and factory axles are not a match made in heaven. I did some looking and diggin and found a set of axles on craigs list that sounded perfect. front is locked with chrome molly axles shafts full gusset kit and new seals and the rear has alpro upgrade shafts and disk breaks. the best part is the guy was nice enough to sell them for 650 bucks. I moved the spring purches on the front to fix the drive shaft probs. I was warned about going too much so i used an angle finder on the caliper to keep an eye on this the rearend went fairly easy. When we were done I mixed water an anti freeze and pumped approx 16gal into each of the rear tires. AWSOME!!!

here is the best pic of the flex i have now after this ride i found that my little truck that use to protect me from doing something stupid by stopping had the ability to get me hurt and kill its self so i started to build an exo cage to help protect me and my toy. first on my mind was to find a decent tubing bender for the 13/4 x .120 tubing i was planning on using. I searched for about a month and did some asking and arrived at this its a jd squared model 32 the price was 762.00 shipped to my door. I caught it on sale. Now i needed a welder and tube notcher. I bought a 210 hobart handler with flux core wire. I got the notcher from harbor freight. of course you get what you pay for so i had to do some shimming to make it notch right but now it works great. i also made a shock hoop for the rear and put the shocks up through the bed to get all of the travel out of them Now im waiting on my knee to heel so i can finish the front and add a little more to the rear. Doc says it might be awhile damn weak cartilage
