In my '94 Pickup there is a 60/40 seat setup. I am able to move both seats forward to access the extended cab. But, the drivers seat is limited in its travel forward because of the steering wheel. Passanger seat slides all the way up.

Thats cool, i like the idea of a 60/40 better. Do u think that they are a direct bolton?

honestly, I am not sure. I have never looked at the bolt patter of the 2nd generation 4Runners. But, I am sure somebody on here has done it before. I remember reading somewhere that the 4Runner seats that are individual (as opposed to the 60/40) went in to the Pickups with only having to drill one extra hole. So, I guess you would end up having an extra hole in your floor board that you might have to just plug up or leave it if you don't care.

Yeah, there is a little armrest that folds up into the seat. I will snap a picture tomorrow and post it on here if you want so you can see how it looks.

I don't think it will match up complety, the passenger seat will but i'm not sure about the drivers seat. I just took the 60/40 seats out of my truck yesterday and put in sr5 bucket seats from a 4runner. The passenger seat was a direct bolt in, but the driver seat uses 2 of the same mounts on the outside next to the door but the inside mounts are different. Going from bench to bucket the drivers side bucket uses the seat belt mount from the bench for the rear and there is no hole for the front. Where i didn't have all the mounts the bucket i'm assuming you might not have all the mounts for a bench, though i'm not positive.
By the way the buckets are alot more comfortable then the 60/40 seats.
