I got a 93 truck. I want to beef up the suspension for it. I know i'm gonna get new shocks, but does anyone have any advice on what i should do with torsion bars and leafs in the back. What size torsions and what size leafs. I've heard sway away torsion bars are good, but i have no idea about leafs

Are you going for increased ride height or compensate for a heavier load?
For lift just crank the t-bars 1-1.5" and add some shackles in the rear.
To compensate for a heavier load (winch/bumper in front, camper in rear, etc.) go with bigger t-bars in front/Add-A-Leaf in rear.
Using the heavier t-bar/AAL approach just for lift will give you a much harshier ride.

i would check around for a cheap lift for it. t bars would make it ride harder unless you made the truck heavier. i have seen tbars break from being cranked to much so i would avoid that. if you cant afford a lift get some 25mm swayaway bars or 26mm downey bars. then just because they are stiffer will give you lift and would be safer to crank they range from125-200$. then just get some longer shackles for the back.
