hey guys its great to get back on this board and get my rear end a few more inches above the ground! The cammaro was fun, for a while, but the trail bug got me!!

OK instead of getting a beat up lifted truck, i'm going to try and find one to build up this time.... I had IFS last time, and i'm thinking of going solid axle.... still mud worthy right?

I'm going to call it project pitbull. WHAT DO YOU THINK?

lets see, here is the plan:
1. 35" boggers
2. depending on what set up i go:
a. IFS 7" lift (4" suspension, 3" body)
b. SOS, well see...
3. the mandatory bumper/winch combo
4. Posible 350 conversion or 22re overhaul.
5. Lockers front and rear with 5.10s?
6. full paint job
7.an interior built for a king...

what do you think, my buget is $5000 and I am going to do a write up posibly for TOR.

sounds like a lot of fun! I'd go with option 2b and 86 the ifs. Actually, don't even bother buying anything with an ifs and just look at solid axles. You'll be a lot happier in the end. I sure wish I had. everything else on the list looks cool
