Here's what I plan to do to my 93 p/u (22re, 4x4, 5sp, k&N drop in, magna flow straight thru after cat, 31x10.5.) I plan to add a K&N FIPK ($210.00), some type of generic header ($130.00), and a body lift to clear 33x10.5s. I want to be able to do moderate 4wheeling in WA and CA areas. I plan to upgrade shocks (explorer procomp 5000, or Bilstein, maybe rancho 5000), suggestions would be great for shocks. The truck currently sees only steep hills and mud, no rocks of excessively harsh terrain. I many only have about $1000 to spend, so I plan to do everything myself. Thanks

I bought a 91 p/u a week ago "my first toyota p/u" and so far I have ripped out everything inside and have laid down a coat of bed liner inside the truck, it has a turbo muffler on it with no cats and it sounds like shit. I was thinking to go with a flowmaster but my friend has one on his 6cly and it sounds like a ricer. info would help me on where I can find toyota parts for cheap, other than the junkyard, I need a whole new dash and insturment panel gray interior, anything would help, Im not laying carpet down just stickin to the bed liner. This truck that I bought was a heap of shit but I wanted to restore it but I wanted to see how cheap I could do it for, by the way my real name is Justin and towin is what I do for a livin for right now.

Well guys:
The magnaflow on my truck is not as loud/throaty as I would like, it supposedly increases "engine efficiency" by 18%, but not likely. I definitely notice an increase in compression, just not too much in sound. If you want sound, go flowmaster 40 series, but I have heard good things about borla and gibson ($250.00), the magna flow was $125.00. As for the instrument panel, try JC Whitney or any one of the links on TOR's homepage.
