Hey guys I am kind of bored so I figure I'd post up some pics that might help some folks decide how much lift they might want or need (or how much cutting they want to do). These pics are of my 86 4runner. Its got a 3" body lift and AOR extended shackles for lift. The shackles give me a bit more lift in back with the soft top as opposed to the hard top. I am not going to be running the truck this way. I was just test fitting to see what I am going to need in the way of flares to keep me legal once i get my suspension lift. The tires are 35x12.5x15 on 15x10 rims. I only installed the tires on one side and never drove it so you'll have to guess for yourself what kind of body contact there will be. Sorry about the bad angles, I didn't have much room to work. BTW, the truck is fully on the ground and not on jacks. Before: Front: Rear: Closest thing to full truck pic:

Thats some nice clearance for only 3" Lift. Do you have the T-bars Cranked? By the way Looks Tight!

I've never touched the t-bars, but then again never measured it either. I don't think they have been cranked though because I bought the truck off a guy who had used it as family transportation and everything else was bone stock.

Your 4Runner brings a whole new view to the 39" Bogger setup i wanna run. I was a bit skeptical at first but i think now i just "MIGHT" be able to do that. Heres how i look at it, Your running on a 3"Lift with 35s - I plan on 4" Suspension, 3" Body, and well the 2" T-Bar Crank I have already. Thats like 9" So hopefully i an able to run my 39s if not then i think ima go with the 38's. Anyways very nice truck. Laterz
