hey there guys newbie here i was wondering if you can carb a 3.0 instead of the efi system i have now if you can where would i look in to buying the intake carb and what ever i would need im thinking of going the 7mge or 3.4 but don't know if they will work with my auto tranny it may need changing aswell ibought used it has about 142k on it but it idles rough at times and the codes are 25 and 26 one is for lean and the other is for rich don't what replace or where the efi fuse is located my cover for the fuse plane is gone well if anyone can help me please send me help or you can email me or pm thanks guys duane

You can put a carb on almost any motor. I doubt you will find the parts on the aftermarket though, because who would want to? FI is in everyway better then a carb. This is why they have been using it on the many expensive sports and drag racers since the 50's. Be assured, even if it were easy to do this swap it would be unlikely it would solve your problems. I would look to fix what you have or swap it, but don't mess around trying to carb it. The 3.4 will bolt up to you tranny, the supra motor is best swapped into an existing 4 cyl truck, because they don't require you to weld in new motor mounts.

thanks sean for getting back with me on this i was just trying to get around all hoses and stuff i have the 3.0 with auto and it has 32's and the tranny down shifts alot a think gaers in the 5's would help this and the truck has been raise about 4 to 6 inchs and the 3.0 is really trying anywho can you do anything to this engine to help it in any way or is the swap the only answer
by the way it has a flowmaster with dual exit can you beleive it
