Hey Guys, Check this out a '91 5.0 HO in a '91 4Runner members.ozemail.com.au/~jonhel5/ but anyways that i know of the drive shaft output for the 4WD on Fords is on the drivers side, the toyota has the diff. on the passanger side. You can though get a adapter to place a 4cylinder gear driven transercase with the ford tranny so that the drive shaft is where it should be. Here are several links that ive come across that should have some helpful information.http://www.mindspring.com/~jayk3/toyota/swaps.htm Heres a '83 Pickup with a '88 5.0 HO www.pirate4x4.com/tech/Engine/index2.html#FlywheelHope i has of some help!
