I purchased my 94 4Runner about a year ago, ans have done a lot of "touch up work" since then. Now it is time to get a little bit more serious. I am currently running 31s and wanto be able to clear 33s. The front suspension is stock, and Air Ride suspension in the rear. Any suggestions on how to clear some 33x12.5s would be great.

I would say to just go with a body lift 4Crawler(http://4crawler.cruiserpages.com) has from i here cheap in price body lifts not cheap in product laters

I hear the 4crawler lifts are good, I ended up getting a PA body lift on my 94 pickup, which worked out well. I got it before I knew of thh 4crawler lifts. I got a 2" and was able to clear 33's. So, theres an inexpensive idea.
