I've got an 86 runner on a 84 frame with a custom spring lift,My steering arm that runs from the box to the tie rod end???is rubbing very slightly on my u bolt.I don't really have any knowledge on a cross over steering setup, but i'm pretty sure i need one.I s there any creative , cheap ways to remedy this or am I stuck having to fork over the cash for a proper setup?.Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated!

There might be a fix for ya without having to do the whole crossover steering setup but it depends on how your steering is already setup. Can you post a pic of your current setup? The crossover steering is really worth the money in my opinion if you can't make the arms yourself. But I'm curious to see the angle of your steering arms and why it is rubbing on your u-bolt. Later

I added 2 extra leaves, so that makes the spring pack a little higher than stock, but i removed the bump stop plate to compensate.the lift above stock is approx 4 inches, the steering setup is completely stock from the 84 front solid axle I'll try to get a picture up if i can.
