89 runner wont stay running

hey guys have one for you i have a 89 runner v6 auto 4x4
i will start and run fine from one place to the next for about 100 miles then turn it off and wait about 5 to 10 minutes and i will not start but will turn over and when it does start it runs little crap and misses like only 2 or 3 are firing

ok heres what has been done
new cap and button wires plugs fuel filter o2 sensor cat air flow meter and fuel pump and a new muffler

has no vacuum leaks but has a rear main leak any ideas

Have you checked your injectors? That sounds like a wierd problem. I would have ht einjectors checked.

Have u tried to retreive the trouble codes from the ECU
