I guess on the springs it kinda depends on what height you want to achieve. Also the chevy springs are longer than toy's and tend to flex better. I would vote with d70's you use chevy lift springs. Hydraulic Steering is very cool especially for larger tires. It isn't for use onroad but is great for offroad. I've seen systems priced at $1500. So you might want to shop around for the right setup or create your own. Sounds like a great buildup. Keep a record of the progress and take pics. I would love to see em.

well im hoping for 44 tires but ill run 37 on a daily basis im looking more for a hydraulic assist so i can still drive it on the road the dana 70s have have 4,88 gears with a detroit in the back open front right now we start cutting this weekend so i hope ill have a dsolid answer on the spring issue i hate doing things twice ill take photos as the yota transforms and post them when it is done
