Please help me someone... OK, here's the problem.... I'm not sure if I will use the right words but I'll try me best to explain. by the way my kit is a performance accessories. I got the shifter arrenged, it was just a thing of bending it the way I want it. But the steering is making me crazy. It looks like I lost the power steering. When I turn the steering it will NEVER go back towards the center like it usually does. I called the guy who installed the kit and he told me that the "plate" was tight... and usually truck have 2 u-joint... soo... I'm not sure what it means...but I want it fix because I'm going crazy...

Did he extend the steering shaft??. It should be extended. mine came with just a rollpin. I drilled out the plastic one drilled a new hole and extended it. If its binding you will have probs.

Yes it did came. It's a performance acc. body lift kit. He told me that at first it was a bit to long... and now it's to tight..?!?! That's why it's so stiff....

Have you scoped it out for yourself or are you just taking this mechanics word for it. I dont think he knows what he is doing. Its not rocket science. Mine is 1" longer that stock an I have no problems. YOu should be able so see where he knocked out the old roll pin and drilled the hole for the new one. He should of marked where it was before he took it apart thats if you steering wheel does not line up.
