I swapped out the clutch on my 90 3.0L p/u (my first clutch by the way) in about 9 hours. I put in the Centerforce I clutch. There is no doubt that this clutch works. It is way smoother than my stock clutch and it grabs. I couldn't imagine the dual friction. It was a challenge to get a few screws out, but just make sure you've got plenty of extensions and a few uni-joints to get in there. Don't forget to get that flywheel resurfaced. O'reilly's hooked it up for 30 bucks. If you're getting a new flywheel, Centerforce does not recommend billet alluminum.
