I want to be able to open my door to my truck without the buzzer going off. Is there a fuse or something I can disconnect? If so which, and where is it?

I don't blame you! One of the first things I do with all my cars when I get them is remove that annoying little buzzer. Just look under the dash in the area where the noise is coming from and find it. It should look simular to a relay switch. Just unplug the wires.

I remember when my Toy was stolen. The thieves took the liberty of removing the buzzer for me. When I got the truck back, the buzzer was sitting in the glove box.  |

If you dont want to look for the buzzer or cant find it just pull the little plunger out of the front door jamb by the hinge. Make sure its the one for the buzzer and not the interior light. I dont know if some are tied together or not mine wasnt.
